As you are all well aware, we are in default on our rent for Q4. To the right is a letter we just received from the Holland Law Group. Please review before the meeting.
Tom Jones and Jane Smith have worked with our executive staff to prepare a strategic plan to solve our short term and long term issues. Make sure you are well versed in this plan as we will be voting on its implementation.
